Kaarel is the visionary in Veriff's team always inspiring others. He has always set goals for himself, yet with time his projects as well as his goals became bigger. He says that "no" as an answer is far better than no answer at all because you have no idea what's behind the silence. He is a team player and according to him one of the biggest challenges when you start out with your company is to find people who share the same vision and are ready to dive into the unknown with you.
