External Sources Exhibit
This External Sources Exhibit is incorporated into the Agreement by and between Veriff and the Client that is Party to the Agreement. All capitalized terms that are not expressly defined in this External Sources Exhibit have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
1. Scope
1.1. This External Sources Exhibit governs the purchase of Services by Client under an Order Form, where Sessions are checked against external data source, such as External Register or Third Party Sites. More information on Veriff’s external data sources may be found here.
1.2. External Register or Third Party Sites may be made available through Veriff’s sub-processors. More information on Veriff’s sub-processors may be found here.
2. Use of external sources
2.1. In case the purchased Service includes a check against an External Register which relies upon a third-party database outside of Veriff’s reasonable control offered by a Third Party Site, Client authorizes and instructs Veriff to transfer the Client Data to the third party service provider and data source country for the purpose of performing the verification.
2.2. Client acknowledges and agrees that:
2.2.1. Third Party Site acts as an independent controller in terms of the personal data received for the purposes of the check;
2.2.2. any service level, response time commitments, and/or uptime commitments will not apply to a Service dependent on external data source.
