Head of Brand & Corporate Marketing

<p>Veriff is building the trust infrastructure that powers the internet and the world needs to know it. As Head of Corporate Marketing, you will own how Veriff shows up in the world: our brand, our voice, our presence in the market, and the content that earns us credibility at every stage of the buyer journey.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a build and transform role. You will bring together Brand, Content, and Design under a single mandate: make Veriff impossible to ignore in the markets we are going after. In your first year, success will be defined by sharpening our category narrative, elevating our brand presence in priority verticals, and building a high-impact brand and content engine that directly supports pipeline.</p> <p>Reporting to the CMO, you will build and run a high-performance, lean team that delivers at scale. You are a storyteller, a strategist, and an operator, someone who can shape the narrative, raise the bar on execution, and tie it all back to business outcomes.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do?</strong></h2> <p>Brand &amp; Narrative</p> <ul> <li>Own Veriff’s brand platform (positioning, narrative, visual identity, and voice) and ensure it is applied consistently across every customer, partner, and employee touchpoint</li> <li>Own Veriff's brand architecture and messaging framework across corporate, product, and solution marketing.</li> <li>Translate our trust infrastructure positioning into a clear, differentiated market narrative that sets us apart in a crowded identity verification landscape</li> <li>Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to evolve the narrative as our portfolio and category expand</li> <li>Lead category-building initiatives that position Veriff as a leader in digital trust</li> </ul> <p>Content &amp; Thought Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Build and own a content strategy that serves both pipeline and brand goals with efficient and transparent data reporting&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop a content engine that equips Sales with high-impact, credible materials for priority accounts and deals while establishing Veriff as the authority in identity and trust</li> <li>Oversee the development of customer stories, thought leadership, solution messaging, sales content, and digital experiences that establish Veriff as the category leader.</li> <li>Partner closely with Revenue Marketing to ensure content drives conversion and enterprise pipeline, not just awareness</li> <li>Implement AI-assisted workflows to scale content production without sacrificing quality</li> </ul> <p>Owned Channels &amp; Brand Activation</p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy for how Veriff's brand and content are activated across owned channels, including web, social, and digital experiences.</li> <li>Build an authentic and credible executive social presence that strengthens brand authority and market relevance</li> <li>Amplify key moments including product launches, customer wins, and thought leadership to maximize reach and share of voice</li> </ul> <p>Design &amp; Creative</p> <ul> <li>Lead the creative and web development team responsible for all brand-aligned visual output across marketing, web, events, and sales enablement</li> <li>Establish and maintain a design system that enables teams across Veriff to produce high-quality, on-brand work at scale</li> </ul> <p>Cross-Functional Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and effective across all customer touchpoints</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to support pipeline through customer stories, vertical narratives, and deal-enabling content</li> <li>Measure and report on brand awareness, website engagement, content performance, and pipeline influence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Are the Right Future Veriffian for This Job If You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including ownership of brand, corporate marketing, or creative strategy in a B2B technology or SaaS company</li> <li>Proven ability to build and lead lean, high-performing teams that deliver outsized impact</li> <li>A track record of elevating a company’s market presence through brand, content, creative, and digital experiences with clear business results</li> <li>Strong content and storytelling instincts.
