We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our Product Growth team on a mission to build the future of identity in the LatAm region (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil). You will work in a world-class team to bring our mission to life.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

Shaping and executing product vision, strategies, and roadmaps for the LatAm region
Identifying market opportunities and customer needs and shaping them into solutions that drive regional product-led growth, ultimately leading to revenue growth
Capturing customer and product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products, measuring their success and performance, and iterating quickly
Defining and applying relevant methodologies, frameworks, insights, and metrics to successfully achieve product-market fit and grow our product
Identifying and shaping opportunities through data and research to create effective hypotheses, validate them, and conduct rapid experimentation before full-scale implementation
Collaborating with other product managers, sales team, engineers, product designers, product marketers, analytics, legal, and other cross-functional representatives during product ideation, technical development, and launch
Defining, collecting, analyzing, and applying data and market insights to inform product opportunities and roadmaps
Defining and managing the product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements over time
Taking ownership for developing a roadmap and use cases that are customer-centric and that drive revenue growth for our business
Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and markets
Effectively communicating progress across the organization to ensure visibility and alignment with other teams

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

At least 7 years of product management experience
Worked in a multi-market company and have experience across the LatAm (Latin-America) region
Language proficiency: fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
Experience in developing and launching successful products in a fast-growth company
Demonstrated ability to identify product opportunities that solve customer needs and generate substantial revenue growth
Enjoyment in regularly engaging with customers, conducting product discovery, and collaborating on problem validation and solution design
Experience in highly regulated industries, such as financial services or FinTech
Effective collaboration skills and the ability to forge solid relationships
Comfort working in an agile and flexible way, able to iterate and pivot with the help of data and insights
Knowledge of frameworks and metrics to achieve product-market fit through experience
Experience in driving the product development lifecycle, encompassing product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, requirements driving, and product launches
Self-driven with a can-do attitude, capable of independent work without daily guidance
Strong execution skills and determination to pursue team and customer goals
