Vice President of Marketing

Veriff is actively hiring for a Vice President of Marketing with a growth mindset who will report directly to the CRO.  This key leader will lead the charge in shaping our growth narrative, steering our marketing efforts toward demand generation, customer acquisition, and precise target audience segmentation. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our growth marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing teams, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our mission of creating a safer, more trustworthy online world. Your ability to orchestrate global campaigns across channels, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive revenue growth will be key to your success. We'll measure your impact by the strength of your performance & growth marketing strategies, the resonance of our sales collateral, and the clarity of our brand, product, and content marketing narratives.

You'll help us protect honest people online by:  

• Leading the overall marketing mix and the creation of marketing plans in alignment with overall lead and pipeline generation goals; including target audiences; topics and stories; communication channels and means; and impact and goals. 
• Continuing to strengthen and internationalize the Veriff brand with a clear, authentic story, focusing on company purpose and on effectively conveying product confidence.
• Aligning with internal stakeholders to continue to drive significant impact across all markets and grow the business.
• Prioritizing marketing projects and initiatives according to desired impact on company results.
• Driving improved efficiencies of appropriate technologies for marketing automation, analysis, and reporting

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:  

• 10+ years of experience in a full stack marketing role, creating a marketing plan in alignment with overall Lead/Demand Generation goals including acquisition, target audiences, sales collateral, and PR/communication channels.
• 3+ years of experience managing global, diverse teams across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with sales and buying processes in a B2B enterprise
• Created a world class brand strategy in an international, fast-paced, multi-geo marketing environment, where brand equates into confidence and safety for the customer.
• Experience structuring and processing qualitative or quantitative data, building data based hypotheses, and making decisions based on data, thoroughly tracking quantitative results. 
• Successfully implemented marketing strategies to drive internationalization at pace
• Developed a marketing strategy around demand generation, customer acquisition, and target audience segmentation.

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

• Previously worked within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
• Previous experience working for a global technology SaaS scaleup/startup

Compensation

The base salary for this role in the USA is $241,121 - $329,544 per year. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.

London, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington.
