Head of Product Marketing

The Head of Product Marketing will own that answer.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role at a pivotal moment: a vertical go-to-market motion is being built, and the company is sharpening its focus on segment-driven growth. Product Marketing sits at the center of it all and owns positioning, enabling Sales, shaping vertical strategy, and driving how our products go to market.</p> <p>This is a build-and-elevate role. You will bring structure, clarity, and commercial impact to a function that is critical to Veriff’s next stage of growth.</p> <p>Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a lean PMM team and operate as a true partner to Sales and Product. You will turn Veriff’s technical differentiation into clear, compelling stories that win deals, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen our position in the market.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do?</strong></h2> <p>Positioning &amp; Messaging</p> <ul> <li>Own Veriff’s messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels</li> <li>Translate technical differentiation into clear, buyer-facing value that resonates with enterprise customers</li> <li>Ensure consistency across sales conversations, content, and market-facing communications</li> <li>Define ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done that are actionable for Sales and Marketing</li> </ul> <p>Sales Enablement</p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy and output for sales enablement, with a clear focus on improving win rates and deal velocity</li> <li>Build and maintain a focused, high-impact content set: core pitch, vertical narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling</li> <li>Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and continuously improve what’s used in the field</li> <li>Drive adoption through training, onboarding, and tight feedback loops</li> </ul> <p>Competitive Intelligence</p> <ul> <li>Own Veriff’s competitive strategy, tracking positioning, product evolution, and win/loss dynamics</li> <li>Translate insights into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and updates to positioning</li> <li>Stay ahead of category shifts across identity, fraud, and trust infrastructure</li> </ul> <p>Vertical &amp; Segment GTM</p> <ul> <li>Own go-to-market strategy for key segments: Financial Services, Marketplaces, and Resellers</li> <li>Build complete vertical narratives including buyer, problem, solution, proof points, and differentiation</li> <li>Ensure vertical strategies are activated consistently across campaigns, content, and sales motions</li> </ul> <p>Product Launch &amp; GTM Execution</p> <ul> <li>Own GTM for product launches and major releases from positioning through market activation</li> <li>Partner with Product to ensure commercial readiness including packaging, pricing input, and sales readiness</li> <li>Define success metrics and feed learnings back into future launches and product strategy</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Are the Right Future Veriffian for This Job If You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS, including leadership experience</li> <li>Deep expertise in positioning and messaging. You’ve built it from the ground up and validated it in market</li> <li>A track record of sales enablement that drove measurable impact on deals and revenue</li> <li>Experience building competitive intelligence programs that influence strategy and sales behavior</li> <li>Strong vertical or segment GTM experience</li> <li>Experience in identity, security, fintech, or related space is a plus</li> <li>Exceptional writing and communication skills with a high bar for quality</li> <li>Proven ability to operate as a true partner to Sales and Product</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Veriff?</strong></h2> <p>We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
