<p>At Veriff, trust starts from within. As our <strong>Internal Communication Manager</strong>, you’ll play a central role in connecting our people to our mission, our strategy, and each other. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and culture – and who knows that great internal communication isn’t just about sharing information, but about building belief.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with teams across <strong>Estonia, Brazil, the US, the UK, and Spain</strong>, making sure Veriffians feel informed, inspired, and supported – especially during moments of change, growth, or challenge.</p>

<h3><strong>What you’ll be responsible for</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Own and evolve our internal communications strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and deliver a clear, engaging internal communication and engagement plan in partnership with the VP of Global Communication, Marketing, People Team, and team leads.</li>
<li>Ensure business priorities, people news, and strategic initiatives are communicated clearly and consistently – always aligned with our values: <strong>accountability, great execution, and solution-oriented thinking</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Turn channels into experiences</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and upgrade our internal communication channels (Slack, Confluence, etc.) so they truly work for our teams.</li>
<li>Reimagine internal meeting formats like All Hands and “Hey, Veriff” to make them more engaging, meaningful, and impactful.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Create content people actually want to consume</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Produce compelling written, audio, video content tailored to different audiences and channels.</li>
<li>Introduce additional communication formats (e.g., video interviews, stories from across the business) that bring our global team closer together across time zones.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strengthen Veriff’s employer brand</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Marketing and People teams to shape and amplify Veriff’s employer brand, ensuring our culture, values, and employee stories are reflected authentically.</li>
<li>Identify internal stories, voices, and moments that showcase life at Veriff and turn them into strong employer branding content.</li>
<li>Support recruitment campaigns with engaging internal and external storytelling.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Contribute to social media and external storytelling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing & People team to contribute employee-focused content for Veriff’s social media channels.</li>
<li>Help activate Veriffians as brand ambassadors by encouraging and supporting employee advocacy and social sharing.</li>
<li>Ensure internal narratives and external messaging are aligned, consistent, and mutually reinforcing.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Be a trusted partner across the company</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and stakeholders across Veriff.</li>
<li>Lead and support with internal events, culture initiatives, and clear, engaging internal messaging.</li>
<li>Lead and support internal communication during sensitive or crisis situations with clarity, calm, and confidence.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What you will bring?</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> <strong>in internal communications</strong> in a truly global, ideally in a high-growth environment.</li>
<li><strong>A degree in Communication,</strong> <strong>Marketing,</strong> or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li><strong>Proven experience </strong>building, executing, and evaluating internal communication strategies</li>
<li><strong>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English </strong>and Estonian. If you know Spanish and/or Portuguese, it’s an advantage.</li>
<li><strong>Strong project management skills</strong> and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li>
<li><strong>Confidence </strong>in handling complex, sensitive, or confidential topics with professionalism and empathy.</li>
<li><strong>A collaborative mindset </strong>and the courage to have honest, sometimes challenging conversations.<br><br></li>
