You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them build high-performing, engaged, and resilient teams. As a People Business Partner, you’ll connect our global people strategy with local execution — ensuring our employees are supported, our leaders are empowered, and our organization continues to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1682"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,1,0">Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,2,0">Collaborating on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,3,0">Coaching managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,4,0">Serving as a key contact for employee relations and complex case management, ensuring fairness and compliance with European labor laws.&nbsp;</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,5,0">Driving employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,6,0">Translating people metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1682"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="3,0,0">6+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related strategic HR roles, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments (e.g., tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations).</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,1,0">Expert knowledge of Estonian legislation (essential) and other European legal frameworks (preferred), with proven experience managing complex employee relations.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,2,0">Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive meaningful change.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,3,0">An exceptional ability to build relationships, paired with the communication skills needed to coach leaders and influence at all levels.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,4,0">A high level of comfort working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,5,0">Fluency in English (required) and Estonian (preferred).</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,6,0">A curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguity and taking initiative to create impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p>Tallinn, Estonia&nbsp; (hybrid - has to be commutable to the office at least 2-3 times per week)</p> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Why Veriff?</strong></div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <div class="p-rich_text_section">We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
