We're on the lookout for exceptional talent to <strong>join our Customer Portal team as a Senior Software Engineer.</strong> The Customer Portal team builds and maintains our comprehensive self-serve platform, used by thousands of SaaS and Enterprise customers. This crucial product allows customers to procure, manage, and control their identity verification services in their daily operations. This team is at the forefront of the customer experience, responsible for managing the entire SaaS customer lifecycle—from initial purchase to setup—while also empowering our Enterprise clients to effectively manage their products at Veriff.</p> <p>We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can bring together a strong product-thinking mindset with engineering expertise. As part of this team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to enable the best experience for our customers. Join us on this exciting adventure!</p> <p><strong>You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designing, developing, and testing software applications or systems using Python and TypeScript</li> <li>Producing high-quality, well-tested code with modern abstractions and frameworks</li> <li>Deepening your understanding of relevant product areas, codebase, and systems</li> <li>Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering</li> <li>Collaborating with other teams, incorporating and sharing innovations</li> <li>Designing systems with scalability, maintainability and product evolution in mind</li> <li>Promoting quality, consistency, and alignment with established architectural principles via code reviews</li> <li>Identifying and driving changes as needed for codebases, product area, and/or systems</li> <li>Independently delivering new features to production as part of an iterative development process.</li> <li>A keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance and streamline daily development workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Over 5 years of experience building large-scale applications</li> <li>Long-term experience in Python and/or NodeJS using TypeScript, readiness to learn about each</li> <li>Ownership experience of a specific component, feature, or system</li> <li>A proven track record in developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases</li> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field</li> <li>The ability to inspire team growth through introducing new standards and to drive change</li> </ul> <p>If you're passionate about coding, problem-solving, and contributing to Veriff's mission, we want to hear from you!
