Account Manager - EMEA

We're looking for someone experienced in building and managing customer relationships, a great communicator, and someone who has solid technical acumen. It is a front-line role with a direct impact on Veriff's growth and our customers' success. If you're eager to work in a global business among the largest players on the market and with industry-leading international clients, then we have something to talk about!<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing a portfolio of accounts primarily based in EMEA</li> <li>Build and strengthen executive and operational relationships within customer organizations.</li> <li>Ensure growth in customer product utilization, adoption, and retention.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from developers to executives.</li> <li>Ensure the timely, successful delivery of Veriff services across all stages of the customer journey.</li> <li>Proactively resolve escalations, manage issues transparently, and maintain customer trust.</li> <li>Provide clear, data-driven updates to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Product and support teams to close the feedback loop and influence product development</li> <li>Representing Veriff to our customers</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are a perfect future Veriffian if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years in consultative sales and/or Account Management/Customer Success/Technical Account management</li> <li>Training in a structured sales methodology (e.g., Winning by Design, MEDDIC, Challenger) and can apply it to drive customer value</li> <li>An analytical and data driven approach to your work</li> <li>Curiosity and are eager to develop technical knowledge to support your customers independently</li> <li>A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail in every interaction and deliverable</li> <li>Worked in a global company that operates in various time zones</li> <li>A love of working independently with lots of freedom</li> </ul> <p><strong>You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a CSM/AM within the IDV/IDVaaS industry</li> <li>Previously worked for a global scaleup/startup</li> <li>Previous experience managing key, enterprise clients within the SaaS industry</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Veriff?</strong></p> <p>We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
