<p>We are excited to welcome another <strong>Account Manager</strong> to our growing Revenue team. We're looking for someone experienced in building and managing customer relationships, a great communicator, and a tech enthusiast. It is a front-line role with a direct impact on Veriff's growth and our customers' success. <p><strong>You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Building and strengthening client relationships</li>
<li>Growing the usage and adoption of Veriff while preventing churn</li>
<li>Managing a portfolio of accounts</li>
<li>Communicating with clients via email and video calls</li>
<li>Serving as the point person for client questions and contract renewals</li>
<li>Representing Veriff to our customers</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction</li>
<li>Suggesting product improvements </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You are a perfect future Veriffian if you have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in consultative sales and/or Account Management<br>Worked in Account Management/Customer Success for at least 2 years</li>
<li>Training in a structured sales methodology (e.g., Winning by Design, MEDDIC, Challenger) and can apply it to drive customer value</li>
<li>A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail in every interaction and deliverable</li>
<li>Worked in a global company that operates in various time zones</li>
<li>A love of working independently with lots of freedom</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p>
<p>The base salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year + commission. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law</p>
