Graphic Designer

Veriff is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our global marketing team. This creative professional will play a pivotal role in visually communicating Veriff’s brand, ensuring our design assets resonate with our audience and support key business objectives. As a key contributor to our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, you will help craft compelling visual narratives that elevate Veriff’s presence across channels and touchpoints.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand designs for a wide range of digital and print materials, with particular emphasis on marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Working closely with regional marketing managers and cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic goals into visually impactful assets, while upholding design consistency and collaborating on projects that align with the company’s broader objectives.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:  

• Producing quality assets for array of marketing campaign, web and PR and communication needs from advertisements web content
• Working with a wider digital content team to produce coordinated campaigns
• Measuring the impact of your work, communicating that effectively, and proposing ways to improve quality and efficiency
• Being the visible face of design at Veriff, presenting regularly to the wider revenue team and company on design innovation and successes
• Understanding the Veriff product set and value messaging, and being able to demonstrate that through visualisation
• Working with extended teams on design projects where needed.
• Executing orders of a direct manager or their substitute employee and performing of other unforeseen tasks as required.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio both in digital and print.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Knowledge of web design principles
• Demonstrated experience designing for diverse substrates and physical applications beyond digital and print
• Experience with project management tools
• Previous experience within the identity verification industry or related fields
• Experience working in a high-growth tech company

Location:  

Av. Paulista, 1079-Bela Vista, São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid). (This role follows a hybrid model, requiring at least 3 (three) days per week in our brand-new São Paulo office. We are an office-first environment, fostering collaboration and innovation while maintaining flexibility to balance in-office and remote work)
