This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team  at a very exciting time. With plans to continue scaling, we’re looking for an ambitious, hard-working and self-starting Solutions Executive to help our customers find the correct solution and to also onboard our larger, more complex Enterprise clients.

That's millions of verified identities a year and a lot of people working behind the scenes to help make the lives of millions, and one day billions, of people safer online.

Revenue team members combine a customer-centric and can-do attitude to foster relationships to create growth and new business for our company. As a part of our Revenue team, you will help Veriff grow its customer base by identifying and selling to prospects while maintaining relationships with our current clients.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Establishing and managing the client relationship with key decision-makers inside of the company
  • Establishing and building "trust" and leveraging client context by understanding the client's overall business goals, creating a value-based business relationship
  • Interface with the Sales, Account Management, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to drive product innovations and represent client requests, with the goal to develop a more robust and innovative core product
  • Proposing and scoping of customer integrations, business and development plans that reflect specifically to our clients’ needs ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery and ultimately an extremely satisfying client's experience 

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

  • Previous experience working in a startup environment
  • Some software development background and experience of collaborating with software or product teams
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate, both internally and externally
  • Highly developed interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Team player, who is ready to be an active teammate working towards a common goal
  • Not afraid of challenges and able to see the bigger picture
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role or account leadership role in the technical environment including, but not limited to IT professional services

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

  • Previous experience in Solution Executive or Sales Engineering
  • Previous experience in an early-to-mid stage technology company
