Account Manager

Veriff protects businesses and their customers from online identity fraud. We check people and documents from more than 190 countries, using technology so advanced it feels like aliens built it. All in all, we’re building the infrastructure of trust for the internet.

To become our Account Manager you must have an interest in all that. You’re also experienced in building and managing customer relationships, understand tech, and are a great communicator. It is a front-line role with a direct impact on Veriff’s growth and on our customers’ success. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!

What you’ll be doing:

• developing existing client relationships
• growing the usage and adoption of Veriff while preventing churn
• managing several large accounts simultaneously
• communicating with customers by email, with occasional calls and meetings
• dealing with customers’ questions
• being the face of Veriff for our customers
• identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction
• identifying product issues and suggesting improvements
• knowing our competitors better than they know themselves

 What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with SaaS
• Worked as an account manager and/or did consultative sales
• You’re a builder at heart and efficient in your work
• You’re solution-oriented and enjoy tackling challenges
• You’re fluent in both spoken and written English
