Getting to know you
The first step is to meet our recruitment team! They’ll help you evaluate if this role is right for you, make sure it will align with your ambitions and motivations, and ensure what you'll bring to the table is what we're looking for in the role. It's an honest, transparent conversation with the objective of understanding if this could be the right role for you.

Test - Show us what you can do
For some of our roles, it's hard to evaluate on a CV alone. It can also give way to a lot of unconscious bias or cause us to miss out on people with serious potential. Therefore, for certain roles, we like to include a test stage. It's our great equaliser - it doesn't matter what you've done or where you've done it, now you can show us your skills!

Meet your manager!
So… it seems like it could be a good fit! Next up you'll meet with your team lead. It's time to talk about the challenges you'll face, the context of the role, and deep dive into your experience and skill set to make sure that we're a good match for each other.
Please be aware that for some roles, steps 2 and 3 can be switched depending on the preference of the lead and their team.

Who's in your team?
It's looking really promising, time to meet the team! This is a great chance to meet your peers and understand who you'll be working closely with. They'll be looking to understand what you'll bring to the team and the role. It's also a great chance for you to understand more around the day to day life of the role and Veriff.

Where are we heading
The manager interview went well, the team are great, what's next? You'll meet the Senior Leader for your department and one of our Founders. We'll tell you more about the strategic direction of the team, department and business. It's also a great opportunity for you to really understand the direction we're heading in and whether it's a journey you want to be a part of.

If everything goes well, you’ll get an offer to join Veriff. Of course, it’s then up to you if you’ll accept, but we’ll be thrilled to have you join the team and become our newest Veriffian!
