I haven’t heard anything yet, what should I do?
Firstly, don’t worry, responses won’t always be instant but we’ll always be in touch. Definitely check your spam folder, in case our email got filtered, and if you want to be certain then do feel free to reach out to jobs@veriff.com. And make sure you submitted your resume via our main careers page when applying, as this is the only place to do it!
Does hiring always follow a standard process?
Yes, usually, but not always. It can differ a little, based on the position. No matter what, our recruiter will always keep you updated with any new information. And you can see the standard overall process on our hiring process page.
Do I need to add a cover letter?
If it’s mentioned then yes. Otherwise, it’s not mandatory, but on a cover letter you have the opportunity to bring out the answer to “Why you?”. And we really do like honest and memorable cover letters, not the templates.
Why do some applications have deadlines?
It’s important for us to find the right person to join our Veriffians. This is why candidates are not hired when the deadline comes, but when the right person is found. With some positions we’ll find the perfect match quickly, but with some positions we’re ready to wait a little longer. Nevertheless, we recommend applying as soon as the perfect position catches your eye. We have experience in finding the right person in just a week.
How long does recruitment take?
It really depends on the position you’re applying for. It can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks.
