Account Manager - LATAM

Our strategy is built on innovative thinking, meticulous research, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring that we work towards a unified vision.&nbsp;</p> <p>Veriff is hiring a Trilingual English, Portuguese and Spanish speaking <strong><em>Account Manager - LATAM </em></strong>&nbsp;for our <em>LATAM Sales Team </em>with a focus on growing revenue with global clients within the Central American and South American regions.&nbsp; As an <em>Account Manager - LATAM </em>you will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and customer success.&nbsp; You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to ensure that clients get the most out of Veriff. We're looking for someone with a strong ability to build relationships, while understanding needs and providing solutions. This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key strategic clients.</p> <p><strong>You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base</li> <li>Identifying new use cases and opportunities to add value with customers</li> <li>Understanding customer integrations, and technical set up, ensuring each setup is optimized for each customer use case</li> <li>Working with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective with the goal of developing a more robust and innovative core product</li> <li>Developing trust relationships with our customers</li> <li>Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements</li> <li>Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives</li> <li>Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams</li> <li>Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives</li> <li>Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust</li> <li>Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of account management experience within the SaaS industry</li> <li>Previous experience supporting global clients particularly within Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and the LATAM region.</li> <li>​​Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback</li> <li>Previous experience working in Central America and South American regions and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within markets/territories</li> <li>Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention</li> <li>Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers</li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of the the regulatory and compliance landscape within the LATAM region around KYC and IDV</li> <li>Highly organized and a skilled multitasker</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations</li> <li>Highly developed interpersonal and client-facing skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a CSM/AM within the IDV/IDVaaS industry</li> <li>Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese</li> <li>Previously worked for a global scale-up/startup</li> <li>Previous experience managing key, enterprise clients within the SaaS industry</li> </ul> <p><strong>Locations:</strong></p> <p>São Paulo, Brazil</p> <p><strong>Why Veriff?</strong></p> <p>We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
