We’re now looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategic and hands-on execution of global, full-funnel programs across paid media, sponsorships, display, retargeting, and ABM — working alongside our digital agency partner and internal teams to drive measurable pipeline. <h3>Role Overview</h3> You’ll drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel, global demand generation efforts, specifically in our paid channels. This includes paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and sponsorships — plus assist in the planning and management of marketing budgets across AMERs, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in high-growth B2B SaaS, understands the evolving role of search, AI, and data in modern marketing, and is skilled at balancing strategic planning with tactical execution. You’ll collaborate closely with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) programs, ensuring we target and engage our key accounts across all funnel stages — from awareness through conversion and eventual expansion. <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and sponsorship channels. </li> <li>Partner with our digital agency to execute campaigns globally, ensuring alignment on targeting, creative, and optimization. </li> <li>Manage and allocate the demand generation budget across AMERs, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC — optimizing investments by region and stage of funnel. </li> <li>Optimize performance of paid LinkedIn efforts and expand to include Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms. </li> <li>Develop and manage sponsorships — including newsletters, podcasts, and targeted media buys. </li> <li>Design and run ABM programs aligned to our target account list to support outbound sales efforts. </li> <li>Collaborate with integrated campaigns team, content, product marketing, and creative teams to produce compelling offers and assets. </li> <li>Measure and report performance against pipeline, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics — not just lead volume. </li> <li>Work with marketing ops to ensure accurate attribution and actionable insights from campaign data. </li> <li>Continuously test new tactics, audiences, and platforms to stay ahead of market and AI-driven marketing trends. </li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or performance marketing experience. </li> <li>Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through global, multi-channel campaigns. </li> <li>Expertise in: </li> <ul> <li>Paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) </li> <li>Paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, emerging platforms) </li> <li>Display and retargeting campaigns </li> <li>Sponsorships (podcasts, newsletters, events, targeted media) </li> </ul> <li>Experience with ABM strategies and platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar). </li> <li>Strong budget management skills across multiple global geographies. </li> <li>Highly data-driven with strong analytical and optimization skills. </li> <li>Skilled at working with agencies as strategic partners. </li> <li>Comfort operating across the entire funnel — from awareness to conversion. </li> </ul> <h3>Nice-to-Haves</h3> <ul> <li>Experience leveraging AI tools for targeting, creative development, or optimization. </li> <li>Global campaign management experience in high-growth SaaS.</li> </ul> Compensation: The salary ranges for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000 Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law Why Veriff?
