You’ll be instrumental in analyzing telemetry, risk scoring, and fraud countermeasures to reduce fraud attacks and improve accuracy across our detection systems.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Translate data into action</strong>: Deliver insights that help reduce false positives and detect emerging fraud patterns.</li> <li><strong>Drive product clarity</strong>: Track and report on fraud-related metrics, including detection accuracy, latency, and escalation volume.</li> <li><strong>Unlock opportunities</strong>: Identify accuracy gaps and propose interventions in scoring, telemetry, or model thresholds.</li> <li><strong>Champion data quality</strong>: Define and uphold reliable metric standards across the fraud detection ecosystem.</li> <li><strong>Own impact analysis</strong>: Validate the effect of new fraud models or thresholds via controlled experiments or backtesting.</li> <li><strong>Support scalable infrastructure</strong>: Build dashboards and alerts to monitor fraud metrics and reduce escalations.</li> <li><strong>Work cross-functionally</strong>: Align insights with Product Managers, Engineers, and Fraud teams to reduce fraud without degrading user experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You’re a Great Fit If You...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have 3+ years of analytics experience, ideally in fraud, security, or anomaly and pattern detection.</li> <li>Are fluent in SQL and have a working knowledge of Python.</li> <li>Are experienced in Tableau (or a similar BI tool), and can turn complex fraud patterns into actionable visualizations.</li> <li>Understand telemetry and risk scoring.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with engineers and policy stakeholders alike.</li> <li>Can reason across user behavior and adversarial tactics.</li> <li>Thrive in ambiguity and fast response environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have experience building fraud scoring models</li> <li>Have worked in fintech, security, or trust and safety domains.</li> <li>Are familiar with streaming data or real-time alerting.</li> <li>Can debug, tune, and validate experiment frameworks for fraud impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong><strong><br></strong>&nbsp;Preferred: Estonia → Spain → Rest of Europe</p> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><em data-stringify-type="italic">We are an Equal Opportunities employer committed to a diverse and representative team.
